Cancellation Policy

AGREEMENT: By purchasing, you agree that you have read, understood, and will comply with this Policy. CANCELLATION: You must contact Becky by phone or email if you must cancel no later than 24 hours before your scheduled consultation. PROJECT OVERVIEW: You will receive a series of panoramic photographs that is combined in a Virtual Tour that you can use to communicate with your potential buyers. There are no revisions or refunds of any kind. REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES: You agree to reimburse MVD for any additional out-of-pocket expenses. These include but are not limited to additional consultation time, printing, postage, handling, shipping, and/or mileage costs. You will be notified before incurring any additional expenses. PHOTOGRAPHS & PUBLICITY: You agree to allow MVD to share any photos or drawings involved in this Project for business purposes, including, but not limited to: press, publications, online, social media, marketing, advertising, and print. MVD will not disclose your address or your name without prior consent. Upon your request, MVD will include your business name in our posts. Additionally, if your or your agents document the Project, MVD shall be given credit as a photographer if documentation is released publicly. If you disagree with the Photographs & Publicity section, please notify MVD before proceeding. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Neither MVD, MVD’s Consultants, nor their agents or employees shall be jointly or individually liable to the Owner for an amount in excess of the proceeds of the available professional liability insurance coverage. DISPUTES: MVD has the right to accept or deny any future projects with you for any reason. All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by binding private arbitration in Waukesha, Wisconsin with each party to bear its own fees and costs. This agreement is governed by Wisconsin law.
