Cancellation Policy

DRAWINGS: Conceptual in nature, the drawings are intended to set forth visual guidance for your remodel but they are not to be used for architectural, DIY, or engineering purposes. Please consult with an architect, structural engineer, and/or contractor to verify the drawings before any work begins. You will have 90 days to approve or request up to 2 revisions before the drawings are deemed finalized. Any request for revisions after the 90 days will result in an additional fee. CONTRACTORS & CONSULTANTS: MVD is not a general contractor and does not provide contractor services. MVD is not responsible for and will not provide any involvement in the contracted work. MVD provides no warranty, guarantee, certification, or responsibility for the performance, quality, or timely completion of any work performed or materials installed by Contractors, nor their agents or employees. MVD's services do not include actual modifications to structural, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, ventilation, or other mechanical systems of your property but rather provide guidance on design and selections for your future remodel. REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES: You agree to reimburse MVD for any additional out-of-pocket expenses. These include but are not limited to additional consultation time, drawings, printing, postage, handling, shipping, samples, and/or mileage costs. PHOTOGRAPHS & PUBLICITY: You agree to allow MVD to share any photos or drawings involved in this Project for business purposes, including, but not limited to: press, publications, online, social media, marketing, advertising, and print. MVD will not disclose your address or your name without prior consent. Upon your request, MVD will include your business name in our drawings. Additionally, if you or your agents document the Project, MVD shall be given credit as the render-artist if documentation is released publicly. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Neither MVD, MVD’s Consultants, nor their agents or employees shall be jointly or individually liable to the Owner for an amount in excess of the proceeds of the available professional liability insurance coverage. DISPUTES: All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by binding private arbitration in Waukesha, Wisconsin with each party to bear its own fees and costs. This agreement is governed by Wisconsin law.
