Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact Becky within 24 hours of the first scheduled selection assistance date. You will receive 5 hours of predetermined scheduled time for assistance with selecting materials for your remodel project. You can choose which showroom or you can visit one of our preferred showrooms. We'll go over which materials may be the right choice for your project and guide you to what steps you may want to take next. CONTRACTORS & CONSULTANTS: MVD is not a general contractor and does not provide contractor services. MVD is not responsible for and will not provide any involvement in the contracted work. MVD provides no warranty, guarantee, certification, or responsibility for the performance, quality, or timely completion of any work performed or materials installed by Contractors, nor their agents or employees. MVD's services do not include actual modifications to structural, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, ventilation, or other mechanical systems of your property but rather provide guidance on design and selections for your future remodel. SOURCING and PURCHASING: MVD is not responsible for the order placement, delivery, or for installation of any recommended product. NO PRICE OR AVAILABILITY GUARANTEE: MVD cannot guarantee the same retail or showroom prices or availability of any selections made during and after the project. MVD cannot provide any cabinet or countertop costs. MVD cannot provide any costs or capabilities of any other professional involved. REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES: You agree to reimburse MVD for any additional out-of-pocket expenses. These include but are not limited to additional consultation time, drawings, printing, postage, handling, shipping, samples, and/or mileage costs. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Neither MVD, MVD’s Consultants, nor their agents or employees shall be jointly or individually liable to the Owner for an amount in excess of the proceeds of the available professional liability insurance coverage. DISPUTES: All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by binding private arbitration in Waukesha, Wisconsin with each party to bear its own fees and costs. This agreement is governed by Wisconsin law.
