What a project may look like, step by step...

1. Discovery

You either found us from a referral, social media, internet search, or some other way and you want to find out more.

2. Consultation

You found we are a good fit for your project and now you want to move forward with a paid consultation.

3. Project Proposal

Now it's time to sign a service agreement form that establishes our working relationship. You'll also receive an invoice for payment.

4. Pay Invoice

Now that a working relationship has been established, and a project proposal has been created, it's time to pay for service costs.

6. Add-on Additional Services

You have the option to add on services at any time with an additional signature and payment. For Example:

Add 3D Renderings
Add Selection Assistance
Add 2D Drawings
Add Walk Your Plans Visit

5. Reviews + Revisions

Throughout your project, you'll receive opportunities to revise and review any work received.

Receive up to 3 revisions

7. Final Design Approval

Before the design documents are deemed finalized, you'll sign a Final Design Approval Form confirming the following:

Drawings have been reviewed
Dimensions have been verified
Selections have been approved

8. Construction Handoff

After final approval, your contractor becomes solely responsible for their work including field measurements, permitting, code compliance, construction methods, scheduling, and workmanship.

This last step is the Construction Handoff and the design phase is completed.
