Start with a Scan™️
Start with a Scan™️is essentially an on-site consultation and a digital scan of the space you want to remodel. That scan becomes the foundation for your design moving forward and is available as a viewable web-based link starting with your existing space. Becky will ask you to schedule a day and time that works for you. If you're further than a 30 mile radius of 53066, Becky will meet with you virtually to show you how to scan your space. - staring at $250
Plan with Confidence™️
After a scan or existing plans are provided, Becky will help you come up with a new floor plan layout. A contractor or structural engineer must be involved in the planning of the new layout whether your own or one Becky recommends. The Plan with Confidence™️ does not include help with selections or visualization aids. Please select See Before You Build™️or Bundle Everything️ for that. .
See Before You Build™️
After a scan or plans are provided, Becky will meet with you either at a showroom in SE Wisconsin or virtually. She will help you make material selections for your remodel project for 3 total meetings. As you shop for tile, flooring, fixtures, cabinetry, and accessories, you will receive 3D visuals of your remodel! You'll also receive an organized material and product list with visual concept board. The See Before You Build™️ does not include a new floor plan. Please select Plan with Confidence™️ for that.
Bundle Everything
After a scan or existing plans are provided, Becky will help you come up with a new floor plan layout. A contractor or structural engineer must be involved in the planning of the new layout whether your own or one Becky recommends. After a plan is approved, Becky will meet with you either at a showroom in SE Wisconsin or virtually. She will help you make material selections for your remodel project for 3 total meetings. As you shop for tile, flooring, fixtures, cabinetry, and accessories, you will receive 3D visuals of your remodel! You'll also receive an organized material and product list with visual concept board. The Bundle Everything️ service includes a one hour visit to Walk Your Plans - Madison where you have the incredibly valuable experience of walking your plans in life size on the floor and viewing your elevations and 3D visualizations on the walls.
