After your existing plans or 3D scan are provided, Becky will review the space and help you explore layout possibilities. Together, you'll consider things like:

Your service includes basic plan drawings that make your proposed layout easier to understand and communicate. These drawings can give you and your contractor, architect, structural engineer, or other professionals a common visual reference when discussing the project.
Plan With Confidence™ is a design and space-planning service—not architectural or structural engineering services. A qualified contractor, architect, structural engineer, or other appropriate professional must verify structural requirements, building code, permitting, feasibility, and construction details as applicable to your project.
