Make confident choices as your design comes come together before construction even begins! Starting at $1,250. Up to 500 sq. ft. included. Additional space: $1.75/sq. ft. Final pricing is based on project scope and complexity.

See Before You Build™ helps you visualize how your materials and finishes will work together before committing to purchases. Start by providing your existing floor plans or scheduling an on-site consultation with Becky to scan your space. You'll then select your own materials and finishes, such as cabinetry, countertops, tile, flooring, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and hardware, while Becky creates realistic 3D visualizations to help you see how your choices come together. You'll also receive an organized product list and visual concept board to keep your selections easy to reference. If you need help coordinating your choices, you can use the selection assistance time included in your initial consultation or schedule additional selection assistance for $250 per visit. More comprehensive selection assistance is included with the Full Design Service. This service is ideal if you have an established floor plan and want to make informed design decisions with a clear visual of your future space, without the overwhelm of imagining how individual samples will look together.
