We'll start by understanding what you have and what you're hoping to accomplish. Depending on your project, this includes an on-site LiDAR scan of your existing space and/or a review of your existing floor plans. The scan creates a digital 3D model that can be used as a foundation for planning and visualization.
Plan With Confidence
Once your existing space is documented, we'll review your plans and explore layout possibilities based on your goals. Becky can help identify opportunities, problem-solve space planning challenges, and develop a layout that communicates your ideas more clearly.
You'll also receive basic plan drawings designed to make the proposed layout easier for you and the professionals working on your project to understand. These drawings are intended as design and communication tools—not architectural or structural construction documents. Your contractor, architect, structural engineer, or other qualified professional remains responsible for verifying structural requirements, code compliance, permitting, and construction details as applicable.
See Your Design Before You Build
Once the layout is established, 3D architectural visualization brings the design to life. Explore materials, finishes, cabinetry, fixtures, furniture, and other design elements in realistic views so you can better understand how everything will work together before committing to construction.
